Requirements:
Must have a Bachelor's or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or Business Administration and five (5) years of product management experience for online shopping cart and checkout technology. Experience must include: Define strategy, manage roadmap and oversee development of online shopping cart and checkout features. Collaborate with UX, engineering, and research teams to develop A/B testing plans to ensure product objectives maintained. Elicit and Analyze requirements and define scope objectives leveraging expertise in a range of tools including MySQL, Teradata, Power BI, Tableau, Oracle DB and SAPECC/S4 to support product development. Utilize business and technology strategy, business modeling, roadmap planning and scenario analysis to define product vision, establish OKRs and KPIs, and drive root cause analysis for continuous improvement. Demonstrated product management expertise through cost/benefit analyses, leading cross-capability initiatives and Prioritized features, creation of comprehensive business and functional requirement documents using waterfall, Agile, and Scrum methodologies (documented in SharePoint, JIRA, and Confluence). Position allows 100% telecommuting from anywhere in the U.S.
Job Duties: Define strategy, manage roadmap and oversee development of online shopping cart and checkout features. Responsible for one or more area of digital product, analyzing data and developing a roadmap to help deliver a cutting-edge digital solution to enhance customer's experience. Drive customer experience initiatives for MSC's digital products. Collaborate with UX, engineering, and research teams to develop A/B testing plans to ensure product objectives maintained. Collaborate with customers, partners, peers and stakeholders to understand requirements and develop a comprehensive product strategy for online cart & checkout features. Elicit and analyze requirements and define scope objectives leveraging expertise in a range of tools including MySQL, Teradata, Power BI, Tableau, Oracle DB and SAPECC/S4 to support product development. Identify Business and technology strategy, business modeling, roadmap planning and scenario analysis to define product vision, establish OKRs and KPIs, and drive root cause analysis for continuous improvement. Track record of complex and creative problem-solving, and the desire to create and build new businesses. Analyze macro-economic trends, perform competitive analysis, sizes-up internal capabilities and build business cases to support the online cart & checkout product strategy. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and respective engineering / development partners to define scope, budget and transform the existing framework or design/develop new models to ensure a first-class customer experience for online cart, checkout process and post-transaction messaging. Work closely with engineering / development partners to translate product and business requirements into detailed development specifications leveraging Agile framework to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product. Define and execute the go-to-market plan for new online cart & checkout features, collaborating with Sales, Solution Architects, Professional Services, and other internal teams to ensure they have the necessary tools and knowledge to support product success. Demonstrated product management expertise through cost/benefit analyses, leading cross-capability initiatives and Prioritized features, creation of comprehensive business and functional requirement documents using waterfall, Agile, and Scrum methodologies (documented in SharePoint, JIRA, and Confluence). Empower business development and sales teams by providing them with the necessary training and resources and lead calls with key customers to understand their needs and demonstrate how our solutions meet their requirements. Work with predictive models, analyzing, creating user segmentation and extracting insights that drive business decisions with a lens towards common-sizing and solution building in a global environment. Establish clear goals and performance metrics for online cart and checkout features, regularly review metrics to identify areas for improvement and ensure the product meets or exceeds performance expectations. Define A/B tests for validating optimal customer experience for online cart & checkout features. Apply technical knowledge of API's, 3rd Party Systems, Legacy Systems (SAP) and integration with modern day SaaS solutions. Foster a strong product culture within the organization with an emphasis on Agile. Participate in special projects and performs additional duties as required. Position allows 100% telecommuting from anywhere in the U.S.

RATE OF PAY: $169,541.00/year
