BRIEF POSITION SUMMARY:
The role of Walk Me Program Manager leads the development, governance, and expansion of our enterprise-wide digital adoption strategy. This is a critical role responsible for defining and operationalizing WalkMe governance, building advanced in-app guidance across enterprise systems, and ensuring measurable outcomes through the platform. The successful candidate will combine deep technical expertise in WalkMe scripting with strategic leadership to drive adoption of key business applications such as SalesForce, SAP, SharePoint, Microsoft Dynamics 365, and other ERP, WMS, and TMS platforms.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
WalkMe COE Strategy, Governance & Leadership
- Establish and lead a WalkMe Center of Excellence (COE), including development of scalable frameworks, standard operating procedures (SOPs), governance models, and adoption roadmaps.
- Define, implement, and continuously improve WalkMe governance policies, including usage standards, change control, approval workflows, and documentation practices.
- Serve as the enterprise subject matter expert for WalkMe, providing consultative leadership to cross-functional teams across IT, HR, operations, and business process owners.
- Monitor platform utilization, KPIs, and user analytics to continuously optimize adoption and demonstrate value and ROI to executive leadership.
- Manage vendor relationships with WalkMe, coordinate licensing, support contracts, and upgrades.
Advanced WalkMe Scripting & Content Development
- Design and build advanced WalkMe content such as Walk-Thrus, SmartTips, Smart Walk-Thrus, ShoutOuts, Launchers, and Surveys tailored to various user personas and workflows.
- Create complex custom scripts and logic flows, integrating WalkMe with platforms such as SharePoint, SAP, Oracle NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics 365, TMS, WMS, and other ERP systems.
- Collaborate with enterprise architecture and development teams to implement robust, scalable WalkMe solutions across hybrid and cloud-based environments.
- Conduct usability testing, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure a seamless, intuitive user experience.
- Maintain version control and a centralized repository of all WalkMe assets.
Change Management, Training, and Enablement
- Partner with organizational change management (OCM) and training teams to embed WalkMe into enterprise transformation initiatives.
- Utilize WalkMe to support onboarding, training, new feature rollouts, and cross-functional technology deployments.
- Gather and analyze user behavior data to refine engagement strategies and maximize adoption rates.
- Act as the feedback loop between users, system owners, and IT to iterate and enhance the overall digital experience.
- Fosters the MSC Culture in the department and throughout the company to ensure fulfillment of MSCs vision and unity of purpose.
- Participation in special projects and performs additional duties as required
QUALIFICATIONS
What You Need:
- Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or related field or the equivalent experience required.
- Minimum of five years of experience with the WalkMe Digital Adoption Platform, including hands-on scripting and platform management.
- Proven ability to create complex custom scripts and use JavaScript, HTML, and CSS to extend functionality and tailor solutions.
- Demonstrated experience with SharePoint scripting, and integration with multiple enterprise-grade systems including SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Oracle NetSuite, WMS, and TMS.
- Strong experience in developing and enforcing governance models and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for digital platforms.
- Proven experience leading WalkMe implementations across multiple business applications (e.g., ERP, HCM, CRM) in a large-scale enterprise environment.
- Demonstrated ability to scale WalkMe deployment and drive adoption across global or multi-departmental organizations.
- Familiarity with enterprise systems and business processes in large-scale distribution, logistics, or manufacturing environments.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to define and track metrics that demonstrate success and ROI.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical topics to non-technical stakeholders.
Bonus Points If You Have:
- WalkMe Certified Builder, or higher-level certifications strongly preferred.
- Experience in establishing and scaling a WalkMe COE or digital adoption function.
- Strong background in enterprise change management or user enablement.
- Familiarity with Agile or Hybrid project management methodologies.
- Experience working in regulated industries or compliance-driven environments.
- Passion for digital transformation and user-centric technology design.

- Position requires up to 40% of travel
- This position may require access to International Traffic in Arms Regulations Information (ITAR) and/or Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI)
Compensation starting at $93590 - $147070 depending on experience.
The salary range represented is based on similar roles in comparable industries, and the cost of labor in respective cities. Actual compensation is based on the candidates relevant experience, education requirements and peer pay equity. The Company reserves the right to modify the range as market conditions change.
