Position Summary
The Inside Sales / Customer Service representative is responsible for providing exceptional customer support through order processing, issue resolution, and product knowledge. This role focuses on increasing customer satisfaction and driving sales growth through effective communication and service.

· Product knowledge in Cutting Tools, Safety, Abrasives, MRO (preferred).
· Industry knowledge in manufacturing or industrial distribution (a plus).
Primary Responsibilities
· Handle inbound customer sales and service calls/emails: process orders, resolve issues, make product recommendations, and support upselling efforts.
· Manage all customer interactions professionally and efficiently.
· Use ERP (P21 and AS400) systems, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word daily.
· Process vendor returns, pricing updates, and new item setup/maintenance.
· Monitor inventory levels and work with vendors/purchasing to ensure timely fulfillment and delivery.
· Generate scheduled invoices using both automated and manual processes.
· Communicate regularly with colleagues, suppliers, and customers.
· Demonstrate professionalism and integrity in all business interactions.
· Support special projects and perform additional duties as assigned.
Additional Information
· Compensation is based on experience.
· Full time position, Monday–Friday (day shift).
