BRIEF POSITION SUMMARY:The Sales Enablement Analyst supports regional and enterprise sales enablement efforts by delivering data-driven insights, tracking the impact of enablement initiatives, and identifying opportunities to improve seller effectiveness and supplier growth. The role partners closely with Sales Enablement Regional Managers to measure performance, evaluate ROI, and optimize field execution across assigned regions.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Establish and manage a unified corporate enablement calendar that integrates category operations timelines, sales priorities, and supplier-driven activities to ensure aligned and timely execution.
- Analyze sales, supplier, and customer data to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness and ROI of sales enablement initiatives, providing data-driven insights and recommendations to leadership.
- Partner with Sales Enablement Regional Managers to evaluate regional execution quality, identify performance gaps, and inform data driven improvement strategies.
- Support business reviews by delivering insights, analytic summaries, and data driven recommendations that guide strategic decision making.
- Track and analyze adoption of sales tools, training content, and enablement programs to assess effectiveness and highlight opportunities for optimization.
- Conduct win/loss analysis, pipeline health evaluations, and productivity assessments to uncover root causes, trends, and strategic growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with Sales, Category Management, Marketing, Learning & Organizational Development, and Sales Operations to integrate data inputs and validate insights across the business.
- Maintain accuracy of reporting sources, uphold data integrity standards, and champion consistent data hygiene across enablement and sales systems.
- Fosters the MSC Culture in the department and throughout the company to ensure fulfillment of MSC’s vision and unity of purpose.
- Participation in special projects and performs additional duties as required
What You Need:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Marketing, or a related field or the equivalent experience required
- Minimum of five years in Sales Analytics, Revenue Operations, Business Intelligence, or Sales Enablement.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Salesforce, Power BI/Tableau, and Excel.
- Demonstrated ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills with the ability to influence and align diverse internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong communication and data storytelling skills.
- Ability to glean insights from data sets and suggest actionable, results driven solutions.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and collaborate cross-functionally.
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with sales enablement systems, CRM workflows, and sales processes.
- Ability to identify trends, evaluate ROI, and propose data-backed improvements.
- Strong process orientation – LEAN certified a plus
- Experience supporting field sales teams and working within a distribution-focused environment a plus.

- A valid driver’s license may be required.
- Position requires extensive travel
- This position may require access to International Traffic in Arms Regulations Information (“ITAR”) and/or Controlled Unclassified Information (“CUI”)
Compensation starting at $74,970 - $117,810 depending on candidate location and experience.
The salary range represented is based on similar roles in comparable industries, and the cost of labor in respective cities. Actual compensation is based on the candidate’s relevant experience, education requirements and peer pay equity. The Company reserves the right to modify the range as market conditions change.
